Daily Duties at Whittier College:

· Acted as first point of contact, both in person and on the phone, for parent and student concerns, inquiries and complaints for Director of Residential Life. · Planned, supervised and publicized large and small, on and off campus events ranging from thirty to six hundred students by overseeing a team of twenty students in multiple departments. · Completed effective schedules, delegated assigned tasks, created marketing for the department and conducted bi-weekly meetings to inform team on upcoming events and future plans.
