Daily Duties at Glaxo Smith Kline:
Grow market share and product volume in my territory which geographically was all of southeastern Wisconsin, and included multiple health systems. Conduct 1-2 speaker events per month with key thought leaders and customers in 5-10 person roundtable discussions as well as larger 10-30 person lectures, to educate prescribers and staff in clinic and pharmacy settings of the benefits of the products in my portfolio and the disease states they treat. Portfolio included respiratory specialty as well as neurology, allergy, and urology. Launched several products and new indications for existing products with primary care as well as specialty physicians. Managed a budget of $25,000 to $40,000 annually. Additionally, appointed District Trainer and mentored new hires.
