In Director role, piloted Group Life Premium Waiver Claim operation ($3M budget, 38 employees). Drove core business activities - risk management, technology optimization, project coordination – as well as customer service to ensure satisfaction. Continuously advanced efficiency through collaborations with business partners to institute cross-functional changes on Group Life Insurance Product, processes, and administration. As Manager, controlled $2.6M budget and led 32-member staff handling 37K+ claims, while taking on oversight of all Technical Administrative Support Services (TASS) functions.
