• Designer and Developer for Cominco Metals, zinc ore mining company. Designed and developed Mine Ore Production and Inventory database to simulate underground infrastructure of mine, track location and quantity of ore extracted, but still inside mine at end of each shift, and generated daily production statistics. The system tracked employees’ work performed and hours worked. • Technical Lead and Designer for Union Carbide, plastics manufacturing plant. Developed interface between Oracle Payables and a 3rd party Purchasing system. • Technical Lead and Designer for Northwood Pulp and Timber, logging, pulp and paper manufacturing company. Developed a bi-directional interface between Oracle Purchasing and a 3rd party Plant Maintenance Management system. • Technical Lead and Designer for Sherritt Gordon, mining, smelting and minting company. Designed and developed the first custom interface between Oracle Financials (Payables and General Ledger) and a 3rd party Inventory, Purchasing and Materials Management systems. • Taught courses at Oracle: DBA, Performance Tuning, Relational Database Design, CASE Work Shop and Development Tools.
