Daily Duties at Encorp International Inc:
Served as PMO for major Base Facilities Improvements ($54.3M) engagement at Ras El Tin Naval Base, Alexandria, Egypt with company self-performing all of the construction work. This project was done in cooperation with the Egyptian Navy and the U.S. Office of Military Cooperation and the Army Corps of Engineers. Scheduled construction activities including materials take off, procurement of equipment, materials and manpower. Coordinated and reviewed construction schedule and activity duration to optimize work progress. Organized and managed weekly production meetings with site engineers and participated in preparatory and initial inspections. Coordinated work with quality control inspectors. Prepared daily reports. I managed 15 direct reports and a personnel and resource budget of $1.73 million per year.
