Project Manager for the renovation and expansion of 7,000 square feet private residence. Project included complete gut of the original house and rebuilding. Budget Analysis, Billing approval with percentage of work completed, Vendor and Materials Management, Quality Control Management, Crew Supervision, Construction and Demolition, Safety Compliance, Construction drawings and specifications, MS Project Schedule, Construction Contract Documents
