Daily Duties at Apria Healthcare:

Management of 12 employees , direct involvement of sales, intake accounts receivables , walk- in customers, daily revenue recognition, scheduling of daily deliveries, and joint calls with sales rep. Take phone orders and fax orders through business process management. Work daily sales report to ensure revenue recognition, work daily reports to work holds , re-re-rents ,convert to sales, .Perform performance appraisals and communicate to employees through quick huddles, weekly meetings and monthly meetings if needed . Perform corrective action for employees if needed. Schedule sleep therapy patients for in house clinic. Setup and train clients on oxygen therapy and negative pressure therapy when required. Setup schedules for drivers to setup equipment and recurring deliveries daily. Work with local and national payers to ensure patient is qualified for equipment provided . Work with local hospitals, local referral sources and local insurances to provide service for new and existing clients. Work with national billing center to ensure documentation is present in content manager for proper billing. Dispose and store records according to company policy and procedures. Order inventory for new clients and ongoing clients to keep inventory at stock levels. Ensure equipment needing repair is sent back on region truck each week . Direct techs to clean and ensure equipment is in good working order to put back into inventory and rental fleet.
