Daily Duties at Lenel Intl., A Utc Company:
As a Team Leader in the Customer Readiness Team, I was the first point of contact for all Facility Commander for Windows (FCWnx) customer issues escalated by Technical Support. Diagnosed, evaluated (triaged), prioritized, and assigned CRT resources for all incoming issues. Worked with global teams to ensure timely delivery of the software fixes to Quality Assurance teams for testing and verification. Once verified, worked with Tech Support to ensure the fixes were delivered to target customers and the customer issues were resolved. Reported out on team’s performance and metrics on a monthly basis to upper management. As the site’s prim DBA for SQL Server, Oracle, and Informix, handled all database issues escalated from Tech Support. Also continued to provide expertise and assistance to both technical support and development teams on database and performance related issues. Assisted customers with their unique integration and reporting requirements providing custom solutions including implementation and deployment.
