Black Belt Project Management Process Leader – Operations • Ensured compliance by applying all aspects of project management • Worked with technical writing team to apply process controls, reduce work in process and increase productivity • Engaged with program leaders and individual contributors to apply Critical Chain Project Management, instituted regular meetings to increase communication and ensured on-time deliveries Group Manager and Department Manager – Vehicle Health and Data Management • Oversaw teams to meet cost, schedule and technical scope commitments • Led teams to apply Lean and Theory of Constraints to multiple projects to help teams complete tasks in priority order • Created an integrated leadership growth plan for various internal programs to reach organizational goals • Achieved 95 percent on-time delivery on all team projects throughout 2011 and 2012, saving more than $400,000
