Daily Duties at United Medical Center:
Provided leadership and management of a Level II Trauma Center. 30 Bed Unit with 24 hour oversight for the Emergency Department. Supervised a staff of 70 individuals to include RN's, Emergency Room Technician, Coordinators and Clerical Staff etc. Oversight for Performance Improvement Initiatives.
