Supervised 12 technicians for installation of voice and unified communication network and provided PC/LAN support for 75 employees. Developed strategic plans for 3G expansion and researched customer requirements and evaluated new advanced network technologies by translating requirements or strategic business objectives onto final product design.Conducted cost analysis, reviewed business requirements and monitored deliverable against business unit expectations. Performed risk assessment and development of risk mitigation plans associated with projects. Managed and controlled the project change management process. Provided status reports per communications plan to manager through vice president levels. Utilized Primavera on a weekly basis for project planning, tracking, and status reporting. Trained and mentored new hire in project management role and responsibilities.
