Daily Duties at Humana:
*Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the department's/executive's strategic vision. *Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education. *Ensure consistent framing of messages. *Create awareness, action and engagement in area initiatives among associate audiences. *Write, design, revise and disseminate content as necessary. * Support planning and execution of senior leadership forums and business meetings, including agenda development and oversight of executive presentations and messages * Help senior leaders deliver highly engaging communications (i.e. internal speeches, talking points, letters, memos, video scripts, PowerPoint decks)
