Daily Duties at Humana:
• Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders across the company to execute internal communications plans for company-wide and functional initiatives. • Oversee content creation and logistics for key internal meetings, including Company/All associate meeting, leadership meetings, town halls, etc. • Create a cadence of regular internal communications to associates through executive emails and videos, employee news alerts/updates, “good news” stories, etc. *Develop a platform/method and process to share company news and highlights on a regular basis, which will also include writing original stories for an online portal/intranet *Advocate for the role and importance of internal communications, represent the needs of broader organization. *Coach, motivate and develop communications team
