Daily Duties at Fasttrain:

Manage the allied health programs. Hire, train, inservice, dismiss employees. Participate in budgetary decisions thats fiscially responsible and in the best interest of the institution. Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of attrition and retention rates to maintain and increase the revenue stream.
