Daily Duties at Us Bank:
Responsible for checking all work orders that came in to our team and assigning them to the correct team members. Verified that all the information in the work order had secured funding which allowed for the equipment installation. Ensured the devices were correctly identified by location in HP Asset Manager and the Server Configuration Management Database. Updated warranty and maintenance records. Planned where the equipment would be located in the network rooms. After installation, verified that it was finished completely, labeled, and the patch cords were labeled. Facilitated project meetings and shared knowledge of necessary requirements that ensured successful and completed projects. Utilized Aperture Vista 600. Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on a variety of hardware platforms. Have a thorough understanding of cabinet design and the management of power, space and cooling usage. Ability to work both independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment. Was a memeber of a 10 person team. Support 2 data center and multiple smaller sites. Had monthly meeting for progress and issues.
