Create and Manage a $700,000 dollar annual maintenance budget. Manage 5 man maintenance team. Develop and teach a preventative maintenance program to eliminate unplanned equipment downtime resulting in extended work hour for the production team, increased production cost, Late deliveries of products to our customers. Increase equipment efficiency resulting in lower monthly utility cost. Install company equipment as required. prepare monthly reports to local water and sewer authority to ensure State and Local regulations and EPA licensing was being followed.
