Served as project lead for multi-million dollar business, handling project planning, deployment lifecycle and the enterprise-wide security software upgrade for approximately 10,000 end users.Work independently and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Utilize MS Project to develop project schedule, track deliverables, and report status. Mentor and coach new hires in engineering roles and responsibilities. Addressed developers and project stakeholders at kick-off meeting. Outlined and introduced project, team members’ roles, key deliverable and communication processes. Implemented consulting vendor management program to manage site coordination, negotiations, contract administration and invoicing.
