Daily Duties at Rightech :

Developed objectives, phasing and content of the project to deliver on business case benefits, budgets and timescales. Provided deployment activities to implementation of new hardware and software products.  Worked with leadership within an ecommerce program area to help prioritize related projects.  Managed cell sites deployment and LTE upgrades. Took business requirements and developed the total technical design on moderately complex projects and ensure proper usage as part of the design efforts in building a system to be put in production Assessed stakeholder needs in order to engage in other impacting groups such as content manger,RA, GTM,eCRM and facilitate their participation at appropriate stages for successful project outcome. Managed over 750 cell sites in New York and New Jersey area. Ensured that hardware and software systems are fully deployed implemented and functioning. Communicated project processes to stakeholders. .  Provided technical guidance and leadership to customer IT to ensure that priorities and directions are aligned with the project goal. Lead technical meetings both internally and externally with customers.
