Daily Duties at International Village Nursing And Rehabilitation Center:

Provide expert planning, leadership and guidance to 20-person memory care nursing team on evening shifts. Orchestrate all nursing program functions and ensured nursing team compliance with practice standards; Resolve employee and family complaint issues; Allocate personnel resources. Interprete and administer policies; consult with medical teams, department and administrative leadership regarding nursing service matters. Provide skilled hands-on nursing care to residents as needed, including admissions and discharges, venipuncture, intravenous and respiratory therapy, wound care, ventilator operation, PEG tube feedings, PEG tube reinsertions and Foley Catheter insertions.
