Daily Duties at Churchview Supportive Living:

Coordination and delivery of health assessment, monitoring and personal care programs facility-wide. Assure quality resident care in accordance with all facility policies and procedures as personal care staff manager. Direct all personal care staff; observe practice and review resident outcome evaluations. Perform all hiring, teaching, training and corrective action as needed. Assess all prospective residents. Conduct off-site home and hospital visits as required. Develop comprehensive personalized service plans designed to promote independence and personal dignity of each patient. Liaise with Case Coordination Units (CCU). Orchestrate resident medication monitoring and set-up program. Hold daily nursing team and staff meetings; provided guidance regarding current occurrences within facility and prioritized team tasks.
