Daily Duties at Churchview Supportive Living:

Orchestration of personnel administration, staff compliance, and fiscal operations including budget planning, accounting and payroll. Management and mentoring of department supervisors. Approval of all invoices and oversight of Accounts Payable. Administration, negotiation and control of all contracted equipment and supply budgets. Ensure the hiring of quality team members through development and introduction of programs governing recruitment and retention
