Daily Duties at United States Air Force:

• Provides rapid reliable secure communication (VHF, UFH, SATCOM, DAMA) to alert pilots on patrol 24hrs to support the SECURE evacuation • Operating VTC (Video Teleconference) for daily briefing and report methods • Disseminated high-precedence STRATCOM Emergency Action Messages (EAM), reconnaissance messages and aircraft advisories. • Provides immediate alert response using Very High Frequency (VHF) Line of Sight/Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Line of Sight AND SATCOM/Secure radios/DAMA in support of sensitive Headquarter United States Air Force OPLANS and contingency exercises; dedicated to support during an emergency to relocate the Security of States, the Joint Staff, the Military Services and Federal Government to secure sites; Command Post atmosphere • Provided direct Communications Security (COMSEC) support to the war fighters. Directly supported 500+ USAF COMSEC accounts; managed accounting tasks, audited reconciled inventories, maintained account registration records. Ensured Tier 2 and Tier 1 (CT1) systems had an identical inventory of equipment, electronic and modern key. Performed all corrective measures to reduce the Inventory Reconciliation Status Transaction (IRST) to zero discrepancies prior to the accounts next Fixed Cycle Inventory. Maintained accounts Common Account Data (CAD) registration for accuracy. Provided technical and procedural assistance to EKMS Account Managers/Alternates worldwide via telephone and email. • Oversees assignment pulled and mounted cables for installed includes monitors, projectors and related equipment. Trouble shoot and test equipment to ensure system operate successfully Watch Officer/Mission Control Officer • Daily interaction and briefing with the WHITE HOUSE MILITARY OPERATION (WHMO), WHITE HOUSE COMMUNICATION OFFICE (WHCA), DISA, FEMA OPERATION, NATIONAL MILITARY COMMAND CENTER (NMCC), PENTAGON, ANDREWS AIRFORCE BASE/WASHINGTON TOWER, collaborate with DYNCORP, USSS, and ANDREWS COMMAND POST; working in a high intense environment gave me the skills to work well under pressure. The ability to make decisions during intense situations. • Maintains intelligence operations planning concepts • Analyzes intelligence operations plan concept and coordinates plan development, prepares details force list, plans time phasing of forces, determines support and base development requirements, and determines transportation requirements • Plans, coordinates and implements support for exercises and real-world operations Emergency Action Plan Coordinator • Facilitate real time emergency events; ensure all personnel and equipment are accounted for. • Prepared back up procedures during a crisis • Administration in planning, coordinating, maintaining and updating the Command Post or Command Operations
