Aviation Field Service Representative Site Lead (FSR-SL) (PEO3CT/ JBC-P/ BFT- AVN) C4ISR Contract: supporting Blue Force Tracking Aviation, Chief Inspector Quality Control, Subject Matter Expert, Training Officer. FAA 145 Repair Station MRO • Responsibilities  Direct and exercise control over quality control and inspection functions to meet legal and safety requirements for all operating aircrafts, tactical operations centers and vehicle based C4 Systems.  Conducts Site Audits in support of client’s flight operations, and requirements of the Executive Office of the Aviation Program Manager Blue Force Tracking Aviation  Ensure timely delivery of field support services to support Army Aviation Fleet including all models and variants Type OH-58D, AH-64D, UH-60, UH60M, UH-60HH, CH-47D, CH-47F helicopters, Unmanned Arial Vehicles (UAV Hunter Killer), and fixed winged DHC-8-100/200 Dash 8, and the Beechcraft King Air variants C-12.  Maintains active liaison with the Brigade Logistical Aviation Support Technical Oversight Directorate, and the command group regarding C4 on-aircraft inspections and ensures Army Aviation Material Command required reports are properly completed.  Ensures proper aircraft and inspection records, reports and forms used by the client are properly executed and stored to meet DOD and company policies.  Develops systems, policies and procedures to ensure consistent conformance to AETD specifications.  Establishes quality performance measures and provides management with analyses, and provide appropriate recommendations.  Ensures that training and development needs are identified and programs initiated.  Plans, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.  Utilize trouble ticket system and interface with Network Operations Center (NOC) and Engineering Teams to resolve service problems as quickly and efficiently as possible in the field, develop, follow established troubleshooting procedures as a function of the FSR team at large to resolve problems, maintain customer contacts/ users to correct and maintain network operations.  Update documentation to record equipment installation, new sites, and changes to configurations.  Assists customers and internal personnel with troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, and programming problems, backs up software, programming/ configuration changes made during customer visits, develops technical credibility and rapport with customer  Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment outage/ degradation, verify configured network services and protocols operate as intended within a given tactical network specification.  Use test equipment required in validating installed equipment performances in support of PM BFT-AVN Joint Battle Command systems such as the Joint Capabilities Release Logistics, and the vehicle installed Movement Tracking Systems.  Manage technical and administrative activities of the site, including all work assignments of personnel to include time keeping, performance evaluations, and career development
