Daily Duties at Aramark :
Responsible for any food pertaining items at LIU (1 full service cafeteria, 2 retail stores, catering/banquets/sporting events) with annual sales of $4.2 Million Build & control financial budgets for each location Oversee management teams daily, weekly, monthly reports/budgets, schedules, training NYC DOH compliant – All “A” grading’s Work with Union Reps/Delegates on Union Contract & compliance Collaborate with Student Council to implement students wants/needs Transitioned from Quizos to Subway franchise –ensured all standard/products were in place Organize Monthly Restaurant night for students – featuring restaurant meals in a upscale setting
