Daily Duties at Sportsman's Warehouse:
Hire and develop 11 department mangers Monitor there training Modules through use of employee tracking system. Review previous days Sales Labor average check conversion rate and customer count reports look for opportunities of improvement. Create daily action plan to achieve Store goals Communicate plan to department managers through the use of our morning meeting. Read and write in our daily communication log. Review preventive maintenance schedule and delegate tasks to staff .Set up meeting with local Media advertisers maximizing coverage while staying with in store budget Review and track all store budgets utilizing our budget tracking Spread sheet. Maintain proper staffing levels for seasonal up turns by Hiring up to 70 new staff member. Terminate and or counsel under performing employees. Maintain all company standards by using daily checklist and walk through report cards for all departments create action plan for all areas needing attention Secure all company funds using Jpos and reconciling daily sales report post to daily sales spread sheet and send to accounting for review . Control inventory utilizing cycle count manager and auditing deliveries for accuracy and pricing. Hold bi weekly Stratigic planning managers meetings.
