Daily Duties at Decision Dynamics Llc:

Provide human resources counsel to company management seeking outside assistance to identify their workplace needs and achieve organizational goals/objectives. • Identify and assess human resources needs, develop an action plan and facilitate change to improve the success of the organization. • Provide solutions in areas of performance management, training & organizational development, strategic planning, change management, organization realignment, management coaching, talent management, policy administration, employee/labor relations, compensation & benefits administration, and compliance to meet company objectives. • Effectively work with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization, in fast-paced environments. • Direct and counsel senior management in the areas of employee/labor relations, recruitment and staffing, compliance, policies/procedures, wage & salary administration, and proposed corrective actions to meet business plans and objectives. • Collaborate with senior management and legal counsel on issues of employee relations, employment, compensation, labor contract administration/negotiations to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, OFCCP, etc. • Analyze costs, identify causes, and develop strategy and action plans, to reduce turnover and increase company profits
