Daily Duties at Acceleration:

Spearheaded initiatives to accelerate revenue and margin growth for channel P&L within this global, leading digital marketing consultancy and systems integration company. Initial efforts concentrated on transforming, junior consultants into a disciplined, growing, multi-national team with advanced methodologies, systems and improved organizational structure. Provided the strategic guidance and tactical support required to improve competitive position, commercial operations, service delivery and capitalize on the practice area’s core competencies. Report to the COO.
