Daily Duties at 24 Hour Fitness:
Oversaw 8 locations as Regional Fitness Manager in direct support and supervision of their Club and Fitness Managers. Managed a team of 25+ employees. Lead companywide conference calls designed to create sales and marketing strategies, new hire on-boarding programs, and best practices to increase company revenue. Develop programs that provide additional fitness revenue (e.g. Team Training, Group Classes). Identify high potential team members who wish to grow with the company and develop their skills for advancement. Cross-train in areas outside the fitness department including membership sales, customer service, and facility maintenance. Address member concerns and resolve them in a timely and respectful manner.
