Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Managed a broad range of customer installation and deployment projects with Windows Vista and XP as well as previous versions of Windows. Successfully managed refresh projects on a Global Scale which comprised Break/Fix Services and imaging of equipment in various industries that included but were not limited to banking, educational, telecommunications, industrial, military, municipal, and medical environments; such as VA Hospital (VISN 9 & VISN 3), Bank One, Cegelec Esca, Boeing, Bank of the West, State of California, Weyerhaeuser, Cisco, and others. . Provided organizational leadership and direction. . Ensured successful delivery of contracted services to the customer. . Managed service level performance and addressed service level gaps and business and technical concerns.
