Daily Duties at Lincoln Medical And Mental Health Center:

Conducts rounds to evaluate practice, quality of patient care and support services. Coordinates staffing to ensure adequate staffing of the unit at all times. Participates in Interdisciplinary team meetings. Provide leadership and guidance to Supervisors, Head Nurses, Assistant Head Nurses and Staff. Oversees the preparation and submission of daily reports to the Prepare correspondence for signature and delegate/assign correspondence to pertinent individuals. Ensure that all human resource requirements are met performance evaluations, OHS medical assessments, multistar in-services training, HIPM. Schedule monitor attendance. Trained the clerical support staff in performance of responsibilities pertinent to the Director of Nursing and Patient Care Services and continually updates this training and provides support and oversight of these responsibilities. Reviews and updates policies and procedures within the department to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
