Daily Duties at Lincoln Medical And Mental Health Center:

Ensure that Policies and Procedures are developed, implemented, and reviewed and updated in order to ensure compliance with TJC standards, Department of Health standards, and all regulatory agencies. Continuously assess and improve performance of the Department and facility through performance improvement activities. Conduct timely annual performance evaluations of staff including competency standards. Direct the departmental managed care credentialing activities. Develop and implement survey protocols. Oversee survey preparation and file transport between facilities. Participation in accreditation, due diligence and monitoring surveys. Confer with Network Credentialing Coordinators to- ensure that all time limited documents are present and current Meet all compliance standards/requirements such as annual evaluation/assessment. Monitor preparation and submission of updated information regarding time limited documents, and board certification. Coordination of Credentials File for Affiliated HMO's: Oversee preparation of files and documents for due diligence surveys. Attend seminars\conferences to advise the depatiment of current policy and procedures for each individual managed care organization. Generate reports and provide updated information in regard to time limited\time sensitive documents. Conduct Executive Reviews of applications that require additional scrutiny Develop and implement survey protocols Oversee survey preparation and file transport between facilities Participation in accreditation, due diligence and monitoring surveys
