Daily Duties at Valid Usa:

As both logical and physical security officer I authored the new security manuals to meet the needs of the new organization and meet all regulatory and business standards. I established two security teams which meet once a month and recorded and tracked all security events. I created a risk management process and a risk assessment tool. This tool was used to evaluate customer concerns and assist in the change process. I provided monthly reports to upper management. I was responsible for the establishment of the environmental and work place safety committee.. As the quality manager I was responsible for Tracking quality metrics for card production. I worked with the quality department and the technical staff to assure the measurement equipment provided accurate verifiable data. I worked with the manufacturer of the test equipment and the production machinery to database the information. I delivered monthly reports on critical metrics; on time performance, total production and total defects. I was responsible for the test equipment and conducted periodic testing and calibration of all equipment, We used gauge R&R and capability studies for all test equipment and production machinery. As quality manager I was responsible for the investigation and remediation of customer complaints.
