Define project scope, financial plan, resource requirements and project deliverables with stakeholders by identifying potential investment properties and building a business case for a portfolio of investors, home buyers and sellers. Provide strategic guidance in areas of project priorities, risk analysis and critical resources Evaluate conditions of properties to develop cost analysis and work plans by phases with stakeholders Initiate meetings with financial groups, settlement and title attorneys during property acquisition, sales and rentals Liaise with legal/regulatory entities for permits, inspections and appraisals Negotiate sales transactions on behalf of stakeholders at project initiation and completion
