Facilitated interviews with end users to capture user requirements and business processes to determine systems/software needed to accomplish tasks Analyzed internal or external clients’ needs’, including facilitating training on equipment and software’s to be used Developed production timetable, client/project coordination and planning efforts Reviewed documentation including but not limited to requirements, functional specifications and analysis of project performance models Organized workshops to showcase the advantages and capabilities of the indentified systems/software with the intention of attracting more business from other Government departments
