Daily Duties at Oberthur:

I was hired to operate card personalization machines and moved to training coordinator. I work to develop a new employee training program to bring new machine operators up to speed quickly reducing the number of common nonconformities and increasing productivity. training, focused on learning the and following the QMS in this way each new employee became part of the quality process. Employees were taught the basics on how to operate the machine ran jobs and then were asked to train another employee. successful completion of the program meant the employee was ready to contribute fully in the quality process. class room work consisted of what I liked to call a credit card anatomy class where we went over the critical aspects of the card the data file and packaging.
