Daily Duties at Tranzxn Inc:

Senior-level business development leader hired to build, develop, and direct the organization’s I.T. Consulting and Staffing division. Responsible for creating strategies, and managing technical recruiters (team of 3) to generate revenue while personally driving new business and managing key client relationships. P&L responsibility. • Grew new division from inception to more than $3M in annual revenue. Hire/train/mentor/lead IT Recruiters to deliver strong and sustainable financial results; provide strong leadership that improves performance. —Built new division that currently generates 60% of the organizational total revenue. • Direct daily business operations to drive profit margins and long-term revenue growth. Created policies, programs, and processes that increased efficiency and improved performance. • Establish, manage, and cultivate C-level executive client relationships. Work in cooperation with company owner to development and execute strategic initiatives. • Manage complex, high-dollar sales process (long cycles), from initial client consultation through all phases of negotiation to final sales closing and contract delivery.
