Daily Duties at Oberthur:

I began at Oberthur as a machine operator I was promoted after six months to Trainer after developing training for all new hires, I was given the additional responsibilities of quality manager and ISO management representative. As the quality manager I reported to the highest level of management on site. I worked with management and customer service to improve the QMS customer satisfaction with the product was the most important goal. I lead the annual quality audits remediate all findings. I authored new quality documents for continuous improvement and new processes
