Daily Duties at William Morris Agency / William Morris Endeavor Entertainment:
Provide strategy and analytical support for over 70 high net-worth talent and corporate clients in the Film, Television, Music, Digital, Marketing / Consulting, Video Games, Home Entertainment and International company divisions. Prepare client’s business plans and lead M&A activity including researching and drafting prospectus, modeling the financial transaction, due diligence and presenting to outside investors. Work closely with agents, clients, companies, lawyers and business managers in deal negotiations, servicing existing clients and signing new clients. Research, analyze and prepare operational and financial models for new lines of businesses ranging from digital start-ups to independent studios to global Forbes 400 entertainment companies. Valued companies, assets, libraries, masters and publishing rights for clients and William Morris. Developed deal terms in complex partnership, acquisition and licensing arrangements.
