Daily Duties at Hasbro Studios:
Accounting - film, television, theme park and live stage show accounting / ultimates, month-end close, reporting, payroll, g/l, a/p, a/r, production, impairment analysis, residuals, and participations. Finance - Budget, strategic plan, monthly forecast, sales forecasting, capital planning, space planning and headcount forecasting. Production - produced over 1,500 episodes in 3 years, management, oversight, budgeting, cash-flow, payroll, employee relations, talent and producer contact, negotiations, sourcing, guild relations, budget vs actual, production and health insurance negotiation and contact, production space and asset purchase and tracking. Contract approval, negotiations and input. IT - oversight, captial planning and purchasing, IT strategy for post production and rights, implementing rights management system. Facility over site, problems solving, improvements, design review and interior decision. Employee training, hiring, coaching and management.
