Daily Duties at Oracle Corp:
• Use Agile development methodology and change control processes to implement new business processes • Specialized in business process automation, lead engineer for the migration from Siebel Workflow to TAS (The Alert System) • Work in cross functional team throughout development life cycle to deploy high quality CRM software and supported tool kit • Perform system analysis, design, configuration, implementation/deployment, and training • Test solutions to ensure it meets quality standards before presenting solution to customer • Write test plans, Standard Operating Procedures, development to test guidelines, troubleshooting documentation, release deployment and configuration guidelines • Manage performance tuning and improve scalability for current/future implementation of business processes for customer deployment • Implemented out of the box solutions as well as customized Siebel Enterprise Application to manage business process communication, asset management, assignment manager and managing audit trail for major business objects/components.
