Daily Duties at Synerg Eyes, Inc:
Establishing New R & D lab. Train R & D technicians, and prepare all of required test methods for contact lens testing. Plan to test all of incoming raw materials Supervising the polymer casting manufacturing department. Train technicians, and prepare all of required SOPs for polymer process. Develop a strong chemical bonding between hard and soft material in hybrid contact lens. Optimizing the polymer casting yield for first generation hybrid contact lens. Developing new silicone Hydrogel contact lenses with high oxygen permeability. Develop a surface modification method to improve hybrid contact lens wettability, perform all of related chemical, physical, mechanical, cytotoxicity, biocompatibility, and sterilization testing and compiling the results for FDA 510 K premarket approval
