Daily Duties at Engineering Services Inc. (Esi):
Managed all project work including bid documentation and specifications, employing AIA forms, and CSI. Prepare and review site layouts, maximizing land use. Performed drainage calculations, design of storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water mains. Created and interpreted grading plans, and handled watershed management, and flood analysis. Prepared Soil Test and Concrete Test reports, conducted site inspections and generated and submitted progress reports. Successfully managed large scale projects including 300 lot subdivision and 20 acre industrial and commercial complex.
