Handled all phases of projects, as well as, sourcing and managing team, resource identification, and project profit/loss analysis. Generated and submitted project performance and due diligence reports and feasibility studies, attended pre-proposal meetings with clients and municipalities determining project scope, and oversaw cross-functional team collaboration. Performed Earthwork volume calculation employing Autodesk Civil Design. Prepared drainage calculations, watershed management, and flood analysis. Charged with preliminary and final storm sewer design, drainage wells, ex-filtration trenches, and grading plans, drainage patterns, as well as, preliminary and final sanitary sewer and water design including pump station creation, and prepare and review site layouts.
