 Back Office operations at self clearing broker/dealer firm  Daily reconciliation between client account mutual fund holdings and the Mutual Fund companies account statements  Process dividends and transactions into client accounts from the Mutual Fund companies if the client accounts did not reconcile  Process paperwork for incoming ACATs from contra firms and contact contra clearing firms if any problems occurred with the transfer
