Back Office operations at self clearing broker/dealer firm Daily reconciliation between client account mutual fund holdings and the Mutual Fund companies account statements Process dividends and transactions into client accounts from the Mutual Fund companies if the client accounts did not reconcile Process paperwork for incoming ACATs from contra firms and contact contra clearing firms if any problems occurred with the transfer
