Daily Duties at Adecco/Cengage Learning:

•Assisted Sr. Manager, eCampaigns & Marketing Fulfillment, eCampaign Project Manager with the implementation, execution, and administration of the Cengage Learning Marketing Fulfillment support utilizing Salesforce platform. Utilized Eloqua and Oracle CRM app. •Managed and supported eCampaigns developed by the Cengage Learning organization. •Processed pre-convention sample requests from the internal marketing/convention leads as well as post-convention resulting from requests from external customers at event locations. •Managed and maintained internal CRM customer data profiles. •Manage internal tracking databases related to project tracking and marketing sales representative database. •Used internal and external contact sources to segment contact lists for use in online and other marketing campaign activities. •Campaign testing and deployment.
