Daily Duties at Engineering Servises Inc. (Esi):

Oversee residential and commercial projects from proposals, estimation, Scope of work, contract review, project budgeting, cost control. Scheduling, surveying, and design, through Quality Control processes. Liaise with County / City planners and Engineers and State agencies to follow up and discuss zoning and permitting requirements. Prepare and review site layouts. Design and review storm sewer systems including piping control structures and detention / retention ponds, as well as, sanitary sewers and water mains and septic field systems, and Site grading and drainage. Prepare erosion and sedimentation plans, design roads (horizontal and vertical alignments) including drainage, utilities, profiles, cross-sections, and pavement design, download and upload surveying and construction staking data. Manage preparation of final plats for subdivisions and condo documents, handle changes and updates to contract specifications, prepare construction specification, generate and interpret specialized equipment and manpower productivity reports and charts, prepare prequalification documents, and conduct Feasibility studies.
