Daily Duties at Catapult Marketing Ryan Partnership:

• Liaison with East Coast Human Resources & Information Technology departments tracking attendance records for full time and freelancers. Installing and maintaining servers, daily backup, archiving data, new equipment. • Prepares annual budgeting and cost analysis. Informed management by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends. • Responsibilities included maintaining the phone system, computers, security and parking. Train all new employees on administrative and accounting software Advantage for use of purchase orders, estimates, and timesheets. • Review contracts, purchase and inventory all new office equipment • Point person for all client meetings, video-conferencing, catering, and manage all corporate special events. • Arrange complex travel arrangements foreign and domestic, itineraries and meetings for both clients and executives. Process expense reports, accounts payable/invoices, etc. • Supervise moves, seating plans, furniture, painting, repairs etc., and oversee and direct vendors engaged in any moving/reconfiguring of office space furniture, supplies and negotiate new vendor relationships. • Acting as the liaison with building management, the cleaning crew, office supply companies and other miscellaneous vendors to ensure a smooth working environment for staff.
