Daily Duties at Nova Corporation :
Directed the full scope of activities required to administer, maintain and upgrade Avaya switch and cabinet operations in remote locations throughout Washington, DC, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Managed all switches, telephones, trunk groups, and associated peripherals serving 4,000 users in multiple government agencies. Monitored and tracked call usage. Planned and performed preventive maintenance checks daily, correcting any deficiencies to ensure little or no downtime. As Production Control Manager, ensured timely distribution and completion of all trouble tickets.
