Daily Duties at Cardworks :

Maintain and administer Avaya switches in two separate call stations located in New York and Pennsylvania. Manage and guide a small technical team. Plan, schedule and direct all upgrades and installation of new equipment, working closely with vendors. Routine tasks include adds, moves and changes to both switches. Carefully document all procedures, capturing details of problem solving and troubleshooting in the knowledge base. Capably manage multiple priorities to ensure a smooth running operation in a fast paced environment in which functionality, connectivity and security are essential.
