Management of mainframe Technical Support team responsible for sixteen Systems Programmers supporting 2 mainframes with 6 LPARs. Management of AS/400 Support group of four Systems Programmers supporting 2 AS/400 systems with 4 LPARs Management of corporate SAN infrastructure supporting 260TB. Managed backup support team supporting Symantec Netbackup environment. Responsible for managing Technical Support software budget. Evaluated and implement new technologies. Created annual goals and objectives for department and manage team to successful achievement of the stated goals. Provided weekly managerial reports on health of environment and status of outstanding issues.
